Bidding: Once an architect or designer draws preliminary construction documents, we assemble a bid proposal, putting actual numbers for your project. We Do not rely on "One Size Fits All" square-foot pricing for our projects. Our itemized bids allow you to understand precisely how we arrived at our total cost and make it easier to find areas for Savings when Necessary. Next, We meet with subcontractors and Engineers for accurate pricing. Once the design and budget have been finalized and approved, we will go to Contract. Now, we're ready to submit permits to start construction.
Construction: Your project begins with permitting, ordering materials, and scheduling construction and services. We use Buildertrend software and maintain close communication throughout the construction phase of your project. We update Buildertrend in real-time to provide you with cost records and construction status regularly to keep you informed and your project on budget.
Project Closeout: Once the construction is complete, we will do a walkthrough with you and create a punch list. Once the punch list is completed and we've done the final walkthrough for your complete satisfaction.
