iLCOR is a build-on-your-lot contractor of portable-building and custom-home construction. We are a family-oriented business; therefore, we strive to build quality custom homes and a wide variety of portable buildings for an affordable price. Our building scope includes but is not limited to portable classroom buildings, portable restroom buildings, portable office buildings, portable administration buildings, portable church buildings, portable commercial buildings, portable medical buildings, and portable correctional facilities. We will build anywhere in Texas, but our home base is Austin, Texas.

We have been constructing portable buildings in Texas for 45 years now. We have built a portable building for the University of Texas, Anna I.S.D., and McKinney Christian Academy. More specifically, we've been building affordable portable buildings in Texas for 45 years. Though we have built thousands of portable buildings and custom homes, the iLCOR Group has never lost sight of the customer and of the importance of each individual design/build construction assignment. We analyze the design from both a technical and functional perspective. In effect, we create pier and beam and slab on grade homes that will meet the owner's needs and be flexible enough to adapt to change. We ensure quality at every step in the custom-home construction process; thus, we only undertake a few new custom-home projects each year because we want to avoid the quality issues and compromises associated with mass-production home building.

The secret, we have discovered, to building attractive, reliable portable buildings is to approach every design-build assignment as if we were the customer. This method has never failed, because we have never built a home or building we wouldn't be proud to live or work in ourselves.

At iLCOR we intend our buildings to last, which is why we refuse to cut corners or scrimp on quality of materials or workmanship. When we build a portable building, we build it right, and we stand behind each project with a responsive and courteous warranty support team.
