Do you do affordable housing?
We take pride in the fact that we have built more than 2,000 affordable
homes since 1995. We give as much attention and skill to affordable homes
as we do to custom homes, because a person's home is an important asset,
and we think every person should be able to afford a home, no matter their
income level.
Do you build green homes?
The process we employ to build portable homes is better for the environment
and demands low utility costs. Our portable building floors and exterior
are well-insulated, as are the windows.
Do you remodel?
We bring 45 years' worth of construction experience into every home-remodeling
project we choose to do. Whether you are looking for a change of pace
or you are trying to make your home or building more or property more
marketable, we will sit down with you to discuss the aspects of the home
as it is that do not meet your desires. Once we decide on the remodel
for you building, we will develop a schedule that will accomplish your
goals with minimal disruption to your lifestyle. You are invited to inspect
every phase of the remodeling process to ensure that you are getting the
full value for your investment.
Do you do tenant finish-outs?
We do tenant finish-out projects, and we do them thoroughly. We have observed
that quite often tenant finishes are performed by unlicensed contractors
and those who tend to cut corners at the expense of quality and long term
serviceability. But we know that the "stuff" that's in the walls,
in the ceilings, and under the floor requires as much quality and attention
to detail as the portion of the tenant finishes visible on the surface.
Infrastructure problems during occupancy create headaches for the tenant
and the landlord and can often interrupt the tenant's business. We approach
tenant build-outs in the same manner we approach all our projects. We
ensure that every detail meets or exceeds all local and state codes. We
choose our materials and skilled trades very carefully with an emphasis
on quality, not price.
Do you follow building codes?
The iLCOR group meets or exceeds Texas and all local building codes and
Americans With Disabilities Act standards.
How fast do you work?
We work diligently, but we refuse to cut corners and do things the "fast
and easy way." We only undertake a few new custom home projects each
year because we want to avoid the quality issues and compromises associated
with mass production home building. The time it will take us to complete
your project is dependent on the size and complexity of your project.
Once we agree on a schedule, we will commit to finishing your project
by or before the agreed-upon deadline.
What are your rates?
The cost of all of our projects vary. It depends on what type of construction
work you are needing, the size of the building, desired time frame, etc.
We will work with you to agree on a fair, manageable price.
What is your warranty policy?
We offer a reliable warranty on any project you commission. Terms and
conditions depend on each project.
